Where do you ship from?
What if I cancel my order?
Just send us an email and we will send you a return label. The returning shipping will be at your own cost. When we receive your purchase it will be checked on damage or use. If everything is alright you'll receive your money within 7 days (depends on your payment choice).

My purchase is damaged, what do I do now?
Just send us an email, you'll receive a return label and send your purchase back to us. We control the item and send you right away a new bracelet or necklace (if within the 30 day return period)

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. However, it is easy to create an account and it has some advantages. With an account you will be able to complete future orders faster.
What size do I need?
The necklaces are one size fits all and the bracelets have a strong elastic wire so it will adjust to every wrist.
