Men2bstore: Code of Conduct
As a company, Men2bstore firmly believes that our suppliers must adhere to certain standards. We expect our suppliers to comply with the laws and regulations of their respective countries. It is imperative that they uphold these rules, as failure to do so will result in the termination of our partnership.
We hold ourselves and our partners to high ethical standards, and we recognize the importance of conducting business responsibly. Therefore, we require our suppliers to adhere to a strict code of conduct that encompasses various aspects of ethical and legal behavior.
In addition to legal compliance, we expect our suppliers to prioritize issues such as fair labor practices, environmental sustainability, and product safety. We believe in fostering positive relationships with our suppliers based on mutual respect, trust, and integrity.
Ultimately, we view our suppliers as integral partners in our business operations, and we are committed to working together to achieve shared goals while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Child Labor
We strictly adhere to all local laws concerning the employment of children under the age of 18, particularly regarding the minimum age for hazardous work.
In cases where children under the age of 15 are employed, we implement hour restrictions to ensure they have ample time for school-based education to continue alongside their work commitments.
Non-Tolerance of Harassment and Abuse
In our collaboration with suppliers, we maintain a strict stance against any form of harassment or abuse within the workplace. We believe that all employees, regardless of their affiliation, deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
This entails ensuring that no employee, whether employed by the supplier or by our own organization, is subjected to physical, sexual, verbal, or psychological harassment or abuse. We are committed to fostering a work environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to perform their duties without fear of mistreatment.
Any instances of harassment or abuse involving supplier employees will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. We encourage open communication and urge all parties to report any concerns or incidents they may experience or witness. We will then take appropriate action to investigate and address the issue in accordance with our company policies and legal obligations.
By maintaining these standards, we aim to cultivate a collaborative relationship with our suppliers that is founded on mutual respect, professionalism, and the well-being of all individuals involved in our supply chain.
Environmental Responsibility
In the realm of environmental responsibility, suppliers are expected to ensure that their manufacturing or operational facilities adhere to environmental regulations. This includes compliance with laws governing waste disposal, air emissions, discharges, toxic substances, and hazardous waste disposal.
Moreover, suppliers must be capable of verifying that all input materials and components were sourced from permissible harvests. This entails adhering not only to local laws and regulations but also to international treaties and protocols regarding sustainable sourcing practices.
Non-Discrimination In Employment
All aspects of employment, from recruitment and compensation to training, advancement, termination, and retirement, must be solely based on an individual's qualifications and willingness to perform the job. It is imperative that employees are not subjected to discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, political beliefs, union membership, social or ethnic background, or any other protected status as per local laws.
However, it remains a challenging endeavor for external parties to fully monitor and enforce compliance with these principles. In the event of discrimination, Men2bstore is committed to conducting thorough investigations and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate consequences.
